Children’s Halloween Parade and Games
The Delaware Youth Center sponsors a children’s costume parade down Main Street the Saturday before Halloween. Line up 12:45 pm in front of Callicoon Caffe on Audley Dorrer Drive (behind the Delaware Free Branch of the Western Sullivan Public Library). The parade begins at 1 p.m. Games and treats at the Youth Center following the parade. All are welcome.
