Halloween is just around the corner, and we’re excited to celebrate with our annual community give back parade and festivities at the Delaware Youth Center! This beloved event brings joy to kids and families from all around, featuring a spooktacular parade, delicious treats, and a fun-filled atmosphere for everyone.
