Facilities & rentals
The Delaware Youth Center facilities include Grover Hermann Hall, an outdoor pavilion, swimming pool, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, skate park, and the baseball and soccer fields.
Our facilities have undergone several updates in recent years and the facilities are available to rent for weddings, graduation parties, birthday parties, class reunions, anniversaries and more. The Hall has undergone several updates in recent years.

Seating capacity at the DYC main hall is 222.
The main hall has a legal occupancy limit of 233.
The Hall comes with:
- 40 rectangular tables, 8′ L x 30″ W (seat 8-10 people each)
- Six 70″ round tables (seat 8 people each)
- Twelve 36″ square tables
- 222 chairs
The hall can be rented with or without the use of the main kitchen.
The Pavilion comes with: 8 family size picnic tables with attached benches 4 toddler size picnic tables with attached benches.
The pavilion also has an attached kitchen. It can be rented with or without use of the kitchen.
