Main Hall – 3-Days $1,200 + $400 security. 9:00 AM arrival on 1st day of rental, cleanup by 5:00 PM on 3rd rental day. Includes main hall, kitchen, use of table and chairs.
Main Hall – Full Day $500 +$200 security. Includes main hall, kitchen, use of table and chairs.
Main Hall – Half Day $275 + $150 security. Less than 4 hours only in the AM or PM. Includes main hall, kitchen, use of table and chairs.
Pavilion $300 + $125 security. Includes pavilion kitchen, water, and electricity. Includes ballfield, if not scheduled for another event. Share of restrooms and playground.
Outdoor Pavilion ONLY - $75 + $30 security. Includes ballfield, if not scheduled for another event. Share of restrooms and playground.
Main Hall & Pavilion – Full Day $750 + $300 security. Includes use of main hall, kitchen, tables, chairs, pavilion, pavilion kitchen, picnic tables.
Side Room in Main Hall – Full Day $125 + $50 security.
Side Room in Main Hall – Half Day $75 + $30 security.
Ongoing Weekly Rental - $30 for a 1–2 hour session - $10 for each additional hour after 2 hours.
Table and Chair Rental - $10 per table; $1 per chair.
Fire Pit/BBQ - $50 per day
➢ THE DYC BOARD MAY AT THEIR SOLE DISCRETION ELECT TO EXTEND FREE RENTAL(S) TO ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS WHO SUPPORT THE DYC.
➢ THE DYC BOARD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR DENY RENTAL TO ANY PERSON(S) OR ORGANIZATIONS AT THEIR SOLE DISCRETIONS.
➢ MEMBERS RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT OFF OF THE RENTAL FEE. ➢ PLAYGROUND IS ALWAYS OPEN TO MEMBERSHIP.
➢ BALLFIELD AND COURTS ARE AVAILABLE TO RENTER IF NOT SCHEDULED FOR ANOTHER EVENT
